With an industry-wide discussion, the Zero Outage Industry Standard association and the University of Vienna will host the "Zero Outage Summit 2022" on July 12th, 2022 in Vienna.
The summit intends to tackle IT-challenges such as the digitalization of processes, soft skills and leadership in IT and IT-security. The aim is to encourage collective sharing of knowledge, with the focus on Zero Outage. The event will bring together industry leaders who are focused on improving stability and customer satisfaction by developing a common understanding of quality, as well as leading academic experts on future and emerging IT technologies.
After a long Covid break, we are hosting a face2face summit to spread the idea of a common Zero Outage understanding through networking, discussions and inspiring keynotes. The agenda includes:
- Keynote Zero Outage by ZOIS chairman Christian Vetterli
- Host speech by Prof. Ronald Maier, Vice-Rector for Digitalization and Knowledge, University of Vienna
- Workshop on leadership an IT people skills by motivator and storyteller Ali Mahlodji (https://www.ali.do/)
- Parallel breakout sessions on IoT security, Cloud security standard and soft skills for IT people
- Moderated panel discussion
- University of Vienna "World café" on: Quantum computing, Neuroinformatics, Scientific computing and Data Science.
