• Workshop Virtangio

    Multi-phase post-mortem CT angiography (MPMCTA) is a new, non-invasive and standardized method for forensic investigations. By scanning the body after injection of a contrast agent, the complete vascular system of the head, neck, thorax and abdomen can be visualized and reconstructed in detail.

    This workshop is intended for medical staff who want to develop skills on the post-mortem CT, angiography and MRI scanning techniques dedicated to cardiovascular imaging.

    The workshop will take place on Thursday, October 11 from 8:00 to 11:45 in the premises of the University Center for Forensic Medicine at Chemin de la Vulliette 4 in Lausanne (see map below)

    Places are limited (30), registration is mandatory, the first registered will be the first served.
