If you would like to send a message to one of your attendees or to a group (max. 5 people), click on Message to participants in the Guest list menu item. You can use messages for a variety of purposes, including:
- Arranging a face-to-face meeting at the venue
- Sharing news about your event
- Writing to attendees after the event to send them relevant information and invite them to future events
Tip: You are allowed to send up to five messages to attendees, which is why we recommend saving one message for a follow-up mail after the event.
