Activating the pre-registration feature

  1. Select the event that you wish to edit.
     
  2. Go to the menu item Set up ticket sales and click on Pre-registration.
     
  3. Check the box next to Activate pre-registration to open the settings window.
     
  4. Decide which ticket categories are going to be applicable for pre-registrationand check the corresponding box(es).
     
  5. Compile your own Confirmation message for those who pre-register for the event, or use the existing default text.
    • You can use your customised text to say ‘Thank you’, explain what happens next, or provide contact details in case of any queries.
    • Give your email a personalised design by including your event/corporate logo.
  6. Compile your own message that will appear above the ticket categories for which interested parties can pre-register, or use the existing default text.
