Sending an acceptance/refusal

There are two possible ways of sending acceptances and refusals:

  • Send several acceptances and refusals at once.
  1. Select the event that you wish to edit.
  2. Go to the menu item My event and click on Pre-registration list to see who has pre-registered for your event.
  3. Check the box to the left of all interested attendees you wish to accept.
  4. Go to Please select action.
  5. Using the drop-down menu, choose whether you want to Send an acceptance or Send a refusal.
  6. Make sure that you have entered the correct information and write a personal message for your attendees.
  • If you would like to send acceptances or refusals to one person at a time, you can do this directly beneath that person’s data.
  1. To do this, hover the mouse over the pre-registered attendee’s data.
  2. Click on Send acceptance or Send refusal.
  3. Make sure that you have entered the correct information and write a personal message for your attendees.

Please note: An acceptance or refusal applies to the whole order. Once you have sent your acceptances and refusals, the final attendees for your event will appear in the Attendee list, which can be found by going to My event in the menu.
