Create promotion codes to offer a specific group of participants a discount or use these codes as part of your marketing campaign. You can make the promotion codes visible only for individual categories or restrict them to specific ticket categories.

Please note: You are also able to define specific payment methods for the different ticket categories. For example, you can restrict payment on invoice to a specific ticket category.

XING Events is the service provider for you as the organizer and handling also the payments of the participants. You can select as the organizer which payment methods you would like to offer for the registration. The payments from the participants will go directly to the bank account of XING. After, you will receive the payouts less the ticketing fees.

You always indicate the final price, which the customer pays. Therefore, the VAT is included in the price you add for a ticket category.
However, if the VAT is indicated on the invoice of the participant, is depending on your settings in the section payment handling.
If you would like to know the tax included in all participants invoices accumulated, you can download in the section data & invoices --> data export --> the list of orders.

You can use your event website to sell additional products and services to your attendees, e.g. a shuttle service, lunch, and other event-related services. The ‘Donation’ feature allows you to start collecting donations before the event takes place.
Please note: You can change the order and interdependency of the products afterwards by clicking on Set up ticket sales > Request attendee data in the menu.
